Jabberwock's Jabberquest game; day 233. small hand mirror; seven uses.
Memory starts here and runs through page 10 of chapter 127! With seven minutes left in the match, Kyoshin brings out their "Poseidon" formation, preventing Deimon from advancing further on their offense. Kyoshin gets a touchdown on their next play, making the score 17-12 in their favor with two minutes left in the match. This puts Deimon in a position where they must make a touchdown with their next play in order to win the match. Eyeshield is finally able to pass Kakei with the new technique Devil Bat Hurricane, but the slight delay in this technique allows Mizumachi to catch up with him and tackle him right before he crosses into the endzone. The clock is stopped with two seconds remaining, and Deimon decides on their (really this time) final play: the Devil Bat Dive. While Kyoshin's line is initially able to block Eyeshield's dive, a last-second tackle by Komusubi clears the way for Deimon's final, and winning, touchdown. With a score of 17-18, the Deimon Devil Bats advance to the tournament semi-finals.
V. POSITIVE MEMORY HERE, it was a very close match and a significant victory for Deimon-- and particularly for Monta, Eyeshield 21, and Komusubi! Which in turn Mamori hopes will be inspiring for Sena, since the game was all about the power smaller people could have against those that were larger and more intimidating. This gave her an even higher personal investment in the match, so the win was very satisfying!
